We purchased 2 bedroom sets from Ashley's on 8-6-10. After the last promised date of 8-30-10 we still had not received phone call for delivery. When I called they told me the furniture was on back order. When furniture finally arrived to warehouse, scheduleing delivering was a nightmare. They kept changing delivery dates claiming I made changes or my husband made changes when neither did.
