I moved into Kingfisher Mews - Vanderbijlaprk at the beginning of May 09. From the first week in my 'newly build' flat I noticed some problems that needs to be fixed. My wife and I reported the matter to Chantelle. Nothing was done. Then we reported to Naomi. Nothing was done. It is now 6 months later, still nothing has been done. The tenant above me has a leak in her bathroom (she has reported it too) and it has started coming through my concrete roof and there is now a fungus layer with a terrible smell in my bathroom.
