Let me add to the raft of complaints about the Shark Steam Mop. Had it for a few months, and it simply does not produce steam. Customer service 'live chat' was useless (Told me to plug it in and pump the handle--as if that wasn't painfully obvious.) Then the person terminated the live chat. The customer service put me on hold, and no one every answered. This is truly an atrocious way to do business. Will never buy their products again, and will be sure to share my experiences with others contenplating such a purchase. read full review »
