I ported my husband’s phone number from Verizon to save money with my account on a family plan with Sprint. I was told at the Sprint store that he needed a new Blackberry to be compatible with Sprint’s network, but that we would receive a rebate on the phone making it free. We turned in the paperwork and received a notice over 30 days later that we were NOT eligible for the rebate.
