I was to get free call wave service with my peoplepc package. They cut my service at call wave saying I owed 30+ dollars. They now say they don't offer the free service with peoplepc.com customers, though they did have it when I signed with peoplepc. This was the reason I changed internet servers in order to get the free call alert feature. This has been ongoing for over a year. I have contacted BBB and they said they would get it reconnected but never did. Please help me. I still pay a fee to Verizon, my phone carrier, to have the busy caller on my phone service. I keep thinking they will put in back in ser. Thank you for your help. read full review »
