I scheduled a cleaning on Sept 23rd 2010. Chem dry was supposed to arrive between 10 and 11 am. When nobody arrived by 11.30, I decided to call. I reached their answering service and left a message. Nobody called back. I phoned again, and again, and reached their answering service every time. Left two more messages. No call back. I left a message to cancel at 3pm and still nobody called back. I wasted the entire day waiting for a service that was never performed. I booked another company. read full review »
