This is day two without gas service due to a poorly made payment company mistake and the Center Pointe's bullying and making fun of our situation. I spoke to three customer service employees, one hung up on me, and asked two for a supervisor (you have to wait 24 hours to get one if you are lucky enough to get a service person to get you on the waiting list, which takes 5 minutes of waiting time).
