I purchased tw0 riccor vacuums, One for myself and another as a Christmas gift for a friend. Never have I purchased a product that can not be repaired. It has never worked for more than a few minutes. Because I an disabled, I have to wait for someone to take it for repair. In the mean time I go back to my 8 year old Oreck. The last time I was told it was stopping ause my carpet was too thick so again back in the closet. Today my friend asked why I don't use. She vacuumed my tile foe 5 min befor it quit.
