I was sent a friend invitation from tubley.com and I accepted the request. It then asked my name and I entered it. . .then it asked a few more questions so I closed it and the next day all my email contacts received invitations from me. I never did anything more than accept the 'friend' invitation. I tried to close the account and there is no way to deactivate the account.
