I called to have this guy take a look at my central heat unit. I already knew what it needed, and he told me I needed an entire new unit, when in reality I only needed a new blower motor. I told him I was going to order my own motor and wanted him to put it in. He took the old motor and a whole bunch of other parts that were still good off my unit, then I called him and asked him why he took the parts to my unit when I was ordering my own and asked him to return them.
