This compnay should be out of business. DO NOT USE THEM. They contract out their work to shady contractors, who hire persons of questionable legal status and no professionalm or concern for customer service. I had specificially stated that I had to give possession of my house at 5:00 PM and they had agreed to be at my house at 10:00 AM to pick up. THey didn't get here until 4:30 PM - My buyer was furious!!! They didn't finished pakcing up midnight. I had to stay in a motel that night.
