The attitude of the staff at the Eastgate brance is pathetic. First of all the prices are always not clearly marked and the on floor assistants never help you. I saw some items on a clearance table and enquired abut a price as it had not been marked It took the person 20 minutes to get the price as she could not find the person who was responsible for the items. I left the item as they were just wasting my time, when I came to the till and I had purchased another sale item I noticed that it was scanned at the old price.
