When the Game people were on strick I try to reach there store, just to listen to music and be told how important my call is. When I mentioned it to the staff when I visited the store they just pull up their shoulders and said nothing. Game do not care about customer service and the staff also do not know what their own policies are (Returning of equipment and discount if you find it cheaper elsewhere). read full review »
