I wish they had a zero star rating so I could illustrate how bas this company has performed for me. Most recently they came out and although I bought their very expensive maintenance plan (do not do this--it covers nothing but a $40 fee--you pay for eveything else!) they claimed I needed a new starter kit and to clear the drains. I was quoted $179, then presented with a bill for $262 after the work was done. My objections fell on deaf ears. My a/c stop working completely shortly thereafter.
