After a long hassle and difficulty, we managed to get them to refund us due to an error on their path. And now another bad experience and difficulty to have my money refunded. We went to the store on the 2 October 2009, which was one week ago with my bank card which they swiped and said that it was all sorted out and gave us a credit note. One week past, and im still waiting for the refund. i phoned to query this but no one answers the telephone. So i sent an email and they responded with incorrect information.
