As per our telephonic agreement we went to Ellerines and asked to speak to Nomsa whom we were told she was unavailable and would be in a meeting and will be back tomorrow. We then spoke to Faziel the credit manager and she advised us that our contract is incomplete and that i was never advised how much the total bedding would cost.
