started a loan application with CLC-Commercial Lending Capitol backin June-09. They pressured me into sending them a deposit of $6, 275. They assurred me that in the event my that my loan was not approved that I would get my full deposit returned. This dragged on until I ask them to either give me an answer or cancl my loan. At this time they said that they could approve the refi, but not give me the cask out.
