I received a call, caller ID stipulates "unavailable" the caller's name was Jon (not sure of its spelling but its pronounced "John") as soon as I said "hello", John immediately said "Yolanda" as if he knew/know me and then began the script, he entered me basically without my permission with the fast talk, so I just listened in.
