I recently ordered a Cold Steel knife from Botach. When I received the knife, I didn't feel it was what I ordered. I contacted Botach customer service by e-mail and received a reply the next day. Apparently Cold Steel knives had 'updated' that model in 2010 and I'd been sent the new 2010 model when I thought I had ordered the discontinued 2009 model.
