Directv is a rip-off, they have poor service, they get you in a contract and don't stand up to it, there system goes out on you for no resume. But if you old them they don't work with you. I did't receive a bill for about three month each time i did't know how much and when my bill was due. One time my service was interrup i asked sind i did't get a bill lest me just pay the pass due they said no i have to pay the full bill wich was a month and half. For the lase two or three billing statment I have not receive one. Since the times that i haven't receive one i done had my serive interrupt twice. The last time it was interrupt i was ask to pay the amont that i pad to restore my service.Now the time have came around again and i have not receive a bill. Now my serive once again interrupt, i call customers service about it they told me i had to pay the full amont before they can restore my serive.
