Airtel is the worse service provider I ever came across in my life. My first connection was airtel but due to some service issue i close that connection. After 2 years I again thought to buy Airtel because i thought in 2 years airtel would have realize the importance of customer service. But I am really amaze they are still clue less about their services. I had activated for the 98 rs gprs plan which i never use only paid for it. I called airtel customer care n number of time but they are really help less. Even they where not able to understand me correctly. They usually hung up my call. Really disappointing.
