Well where do i start? We purchased a home at the Stafford Lakes Location in Fredericksburg, VA. While we were getting ready to close they were as nice can be and blow hot smoke up your butt about there warranty on there homes. Well don't believe the hype with there bull as we have had about 5 or 6 major issues in our home in less then 3 months. In less then a week of moving in we had the first mishap when our finished basement was flooded due to there backyard contractors forgetting to put clamps on the hoses.
