I have been a Verizon customer for years. We are a family of five with 3 teenagers. Three of our lines are available for an UPGRADE. Unfortunately, if you UPGRADE, Verizon forces their so called valued customers to pay for an additional internet package, costing 9.99 to 29.99 per line. I do NOT want the internet on my teenagers phones.Verizon graciously, WILL turn the internet off for the mere price of 9.99 per month per phone! Are they kidding, why would I pay Verizon $360 per year for the privilege of NOT having internet!!! This should be a FCC violation.
