when i initaly called the price on the TV advertisment was 14.95 by the time my slick fast talking salesman had convinced me that 269.95 would give me a year of top service with up to 3 computers in my house, i knew that i would be adding a 2nd computer in my bedroom but it would be a few months, after the dsl service took 6 weeks to get my computer hooked up it was over 3 months but i calles cyberdefinder to "add my 2nd computer" I was then notified of the additional charges..but i stated i was told there would be NO ADDITIONAL... read full review »
