I am a homeowner in Porter Ranch for almost 10 years, like many homebuyers, we buy Shapell homes because of its supposed excellent quality. Our house has been fine until we found mold stains in our house a year ago; we made a formal complaint to Shapell's Warranty. All we got from them was just the run around.
