I am a victim of a very nasty and insidious form of identity theft that went on undetected by me for many years and is directly related to a financial trust instrument that is in the possession of several of my relatives. I recently discovered that someone impersonating me gained unauthorized access to my safety deposit box at the Chase Bank location of 2700 Yulupa Avenue, Santa Rosa, CA, 95405.
