I am about to lose my elect. I called Progress for help and they gave me this number 407-836-7429...they said they at times can cover the full bill or at least make a partial payment...I thought great, so I called on Mon. and a recording stated they only accept appointments on Mon. Wed and Fri. 8:30am to 4:30pm and if that recording is reached before 4:30pm the appts. are filled up...so on Wed.
