On 9/20 I ordered a sony y series laptop on sony.com. I paid the money total 673.31 dollars. The transaction was done. The laptop was about to arrive to my place within two days after it is built. Then yesterday sony sent me a email said that the order was canceled. But I had already paid my money for it. Sony can't just cancel it as it want without my permission. When I paid my money, the transaction was done was legal and authorized. But now sony just single handedly canceled it. It was against the law. I called them. They just said it was canceled with super horrible attitude and hang up my phone. read full review »
