WATCH OUT FOR GEICO. They are masters at stalling your claim, all the while pretending to be sympathetic, etc. They will 'change their mind' about required documentation, and demand it at the last minute, knowing that professionals have inadequate time to comply; they will change reps. on you about 1/2 way through the statute of limitations, and indicate that all the previously provided records from another agent are "Lord knows where!" Their goal is to push the consumer into a corner up against the 2 year statute and then offer you peanuts, and you either sue or like me just get stuck with the bills.
