Sprint promised me, in writing, that I would not be charged $9.99 for their TV service on my phone. They said to accept the charge and they'd credit my account. When they didn't credit me, I e-mailed them. But, Sprint ignored me. I filed a BBB complaint but Sprint refused to do anything. read full review »
