Choice Hotels which is a reputable motel chain has changed the credit card "rewards program" to Barclay's Bank which offers free rewards redeemable for free lodging at Choice Hotels properties, in exchange for using their credit card. There is apparently a "cut off date" with the Barclay's offer and Barclay's recites one excuse after another for delaying the issuing of cards which have been approved.
