I scheduled a Preventative Maintenance on my Kenmore Refrigerator one week early. My husband stayed home from work to meet the service technician. No one showed up, so at 6:30 pm we called to find out that "we were overbooked today so you will have to reschedule." They did not call us, we had to call them.
