I have left three voicemail messages and sent two e-mails to initiate getting my lamp for a Sony TV replaced under the two-year warranty purchased with the lamp 6/16/2010. I have yet to receive instructions as to how to proceed. I did, however, receive instructions on how to return a product. The company says it will call me back, but I have yet to receive a call. read full review »
