I bought some products from National Pool Wholesalers. The products came damaged. When I called to have the products replaced I was told I have to call the manufacturer of the products to follow up under the manufactures warranty. But I bought it from National, how absurd is this ? Their customer service is basically non existing, their support is useless. It is so aggrevating to deal with such a company that just wants to take your money and then pass the buck. read full review »
