ECOST (a seller's store on EBAY) is selling consumers items that do not come in original packaging and are defective, in general. More specifically, 1 month ago, I bought two pairs of Sony Fontopia earphones from ECOST. These earphones were being sold as "NEW", but when received, they were so defective that I couldn't even connect the phones to my IPod and my ears.
