i fly 8 times a year with us airways i have asked thier empolyees 3 questions each time i would not get an answer so i continue to ask i thought maybe they could not hear me finally i was answered all three times by the same answer i quote "if you dont shutup i will see to it you will not get on this plane today " why do they treat thier customers this way it seems they are trained to give this answer read full review »
