Harassment by users and board Moderators. If you have a complaint don't voice it here. Even though this forum is their support forum, they don't take kindly to complaints. I made one complaint about my service towards Verizon and was constantly harassed by the support forum users, as well as Moderators who allowed users to criticize and insult me, while not allowing me to respond and deleting my posts. I've contacted their Customer Service department who won't respond back. read full review »
