I bought this product based on its money back guarantee. When it didn't work for me, I sent the proof of purchase inormation with my request for a refund to Bayer Advanced in early June. Three months and three phone calls later, I'm told that the refund is still "in process" and that no further deatils can be given on its status. This is unacceptable. read full review »
