I called customer service to cancel my membership, but because they had already shipped an order to me 11 business days ago I was unable to get a comlete refund. I was told I would have to wait until the next billing cycle in order to get a complete refund. I did not accept this as a consumer and demanded I received my refund as well as cancelation. This makeup does have a flawless look to it, however it did affect my eyes. My eyes were always burning, red, and irritated. I stoped using the product and my eyes are back to normal.
