Had two installers from Rite Rug in Dayton, OH area in my home. Placed my wedding ring in another room around the corner from install to clean up debris from the remaining old carpet my husband and his friend removed. Installers called 20 minutes before arriving to install. In all of my rushing, left my ring in the room next/connected to the room having carpet installed. Ring was not there after install. Rite Rug will not attempt to make good on the theft -- had to file a police report. Recommend using another company for carpet and installation -- they don't respect or care about the customer. read full review »
