I signed up for a trial size kit for $19.90 which I never received. Later on, without informing me, I was sent a 3 month supply which cost $67.94 which I had mistaken for the never received trial kit. I had started using it (terrible product by the way-- my acne got worse after using it) and realized this kit was actually a 3 month supply not the trial. I felt very cheated as if I had tried the trial first, I definitely would have not go on to a 3 month kit.
