The technician that come out to do a "service" will actaually not fix anything. bASICALLY THEY CAHRGE A HEFT FEE TO LOOK AT THE unit, check the warranty and make a recommendation as to what rpair needs to be done. They will NOT fix anythin on the first visit. They carry no parts in their truck.
