Citifinancial sold my perfectly good auto loan to these lunatics. Can't believe in 2010 that someone charges $10.95 for online and phone payments. They are making millions just off that fee! Then, I was working with Citifinancial on a 6 month payment reduction plan and when they sold to Santander, I had to start all over - Santander said they don't offer ANY help at all (not even 1 month help).
