This product did not work and when I was charged over $98, I called and asked why when the advertisement said all I had to do was pay shipping. Not only was it not a free trial...it did not work. My skin is drier and flakier than ever!!! What a rip off. I believe the company is trying to get the money from consumers fraudulently. I am going to my credit card company and ask them if they can assist in getting my money returned. Who would pay that much for a cream that did not work???
