I purchased a phone set at your Shawnee store. Set doesn't work well so I attempted to return it to KCK Walmart. Despite having a receipt, the Walmart in Kansas City, Ks would not accept return because a clearance item and not in their computer. When I purchased the phone, I was informed that I could return it at any Walmart and when I called the Shawnee store while waiting to speak to the KCK asst mgr I was told that I was supposed to be able to return it to any Walmart's.
