I have been waiting for more then 4 month for NAU to reimburse me the money that Federal Aid had approved me for. I was approved for up to $5500 of Financial Aid, and NAU had been making excuses since day one to why they haven't submitted my Pell Grant yet. I feel that I have been scammed, since I have attended other colleges, and know that I should have received a check in the beginning of the semester.
