I paid for a discounted vacation getaway through my work and it was for Summer Bay Resoprts in Orlando, FL. I never got to stay there after the vacation sales a$%holes confirmed it 4 times on the phone with me. I was baited and switched when I got to the welcome center to the Ramada Hotel in Kissimmee, and the hotel staff was terrible, unfriendly, unhappy, hated their job.
