I'm horrified at the unbelievably terrible customer service received from Top Security on behalf of my employer. They have owed us a credit note of R500 for the last 3 months which I have nagged them for every week. I have spoken to so many people and have been shunted from pillar to post, each person passing the buck to someone else.
