I ordered a download for my mac and it didn't work. It was charged two times to my visa account on August 30, 2010. I thought I had cancelled it as soon as I realized it didn't work. I believe it was for a trial period. The two charges were for 12.99 and 149.95. I also believe the charges are incorrect for what I originally ordered.
