We have had 2 car loans with CitiFinancial for several years. Recently they sold the loan or turned management of the loan over to Santander USA. Our loans were always automatic deductions from our checking account. We did not receive notice of the change until September 11th. The letter said they would contact us on continuing the automatic deduction process .
